What's Evolve®?

Funny you should ask. Evolve® is a revolutionary material from RENEW Plastics Inc. that is manufactured from recycled materials that not only successfully imitates finished wood materials, but outperforms them by decades. Evolve® can be used for a range of applications including; decks, docks, playground equipment, recreational equipment, agricultural applications, pallets and packaging.

Evolve® can be machined and milled, sawed , drilled and screwed without the typical splitting, splintering and warping of traditional wood products. Solid core color means no staining, no cleaning, no maintenance! This product is even used in applications where sanitary conditions must be maintained, or repeated clean up is necessary. It is strong, impervious to chemicals, needs no maintenance and is very cost effective. Sanitary conditions can be easily maintained in a room containing the Evolve® wall system. Simple maintenance can keep the room free of dust and grime.

Evolve® board and posts are manufactured from recycled type 2 high density Polyethylene (ReH.D.P.E.) The composite mixture is at least 95% ReH.D.P.E. type 2 utilizing both post-consumer and post-industrial material.

The plastic is impregnated with colorant and UVI that will protect the material from physical degradation, flaking and color fade.

The plastic boards and posts are able to sustain normal loadings at temperatures ranging form -40 degrees to 100 degrees F without cracking or excessive warping, given proper installation.

Non-comingled pulltruded products insure a network of complete molecular linkage. This will eliminate stress cracking and material separation due to severe temperature changes.

Colorant is of non-metal composition due to possible environmental problems and to meet current and future federal standards.
